Position Requirements:

Gender: Male only

Age: 18 to 28 years

Qualification:

1. ITI (Electrician, Fitter, Tarsar, MMV, Diesel Mechanic, Electronics, Mechanist, Welder, Instrument, and all technical trades)
2. Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Chemical)
3. B.Sc. graduates

Job and Salary:

Duty: 8 hours/26 days

Salary (CTC):

ITI/Diploma/B.Sc.: ₹17,000 per month

ITI Diploma/B.Sc.: ₹18,500 per month

Additional Benefits:

Incentive (Attendance Bonus): ₹7,500 (every 3 months)

Food Subsidy: ₹585 per month

PF, Health Insurance

Canteen: Available (one-time)

Bus Facility: Free from city to company and back

Overtime: Double (based on company policy)

Leave:

Annual: 18 days of leave

Salary Increase: ₹800 to ₹2,800 per year based on performance
